Establish, implement, and administer quality processes for new and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Stay abreast of emerging technology and serve as the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Quality Assurance subject matter expert for these technologies.
•Working across AbbVie Business Technology Organizations (BTOs), establish, implement, and maintain AbbVie's System Lifecycle processes and procedures governing new and emerging technologies, including: o Artificial Intelligence (AI) o Machine Learning (ML) o Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
•Working across AbbVie BTOs, establish, implement, and maintain AbbVie's Quality Management Systems procedures governing Agile System Lifecycle processes, DevOps System Lifecycle processes,
•Develop a strategy and roadmap for BTS Quality data analytics and establish and run Monthly Quality Management Reviews for BTS Quality Assurance Leadership team.
•Develop and manage a BTS Quality Assurance dashboard to track operations and finance metrics against business objectives.
•Establish and implement an automation strategy for BTS Quality Assurance processes, including AbbVie System Lifecycle (SLC) processes.
•Able to build strong relationships cross functionally and able to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
•Able to build and manage high performing teams.
•Excellent communication skills and able to deal constructively with conflict.
•This position will report to a Director level and will have direct reports.
•4-year college degree or equivalent experience required with 10 years experience.
•Knowledge of regulations and standards that affect the health care industry.
•Previous experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation, preferably in the healthcare industry.
•Previous experience with DevOps processes and technology, preferably in the healthcare industry.
•3-5+ years experience leading teams.
