We are currently searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to support to the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This opportunity is a part-time position with MSC and is onsite in Bethesda, MD.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist laboratory with its research and programmatic interests centered on psychosocial determinants and other factors associated with tobacco use in various population groups.
  • Recruit eligible participants via its online panel service for online survey completion in the form of a web-based informational survey based on study-specific demographics and questionnaire designed by the program.
  • Enable online participant recruitment strategies through online panel services.
  • Provide specialized online participant recruitment services for survey research.
  • Provide the study design for a cross-sectional online survey.
  • Manage participant recruitment and survey completion status through its online panel service.
  • Recruit U.S. participants through its online panel service for the program survey.
  • Update program lead on participant requirement efforts until recruitment of the total sample is achieved.

Requirements
  • Minimum High School diploma. Bachelor’s degree encouraged.
  • At least one (1) to two (2) years of related experience.
  • Previous experience working with diverse survey groups (of varying demographics); providing recruitment activities for participants, highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with online survey panel services, useful.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible part-time work schedule, up to 20 hours per week.
