Mammoth Biosciences is a fast-growing pre-IPO biotech company in the Bay Area looking for an experienced Executive Administrator with a track record of working closely with a C-level executive and their teams. This role will report to our CSO and President of Therapeutics and manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, logistics, meeting support and expense management. In addition, this is a visible role for an energetic, self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, engage with key internal and external constituencies on the CSO’s behalf, help craft presentation materials, manage meetings/events and follow-up.
  • Provide support to the CSO and CTO and their Therapeutic, Diagnostic and Project Management teams, handling administrative task requests that require professional discernment on appropriate urgency/prioritization to complete
  • Coordinate and schedule on- and off-site meetings
  • Manage senior level executive communications, including responding to emails, calling and interfacing with key internal and external constituencies
  • Attend operational meetings (as needed), taking notes and tracking follow-up items
  • Track CSO’s priorities and to-do items
  • Coordinate executive travel and manage expense reports 
  • Prepare correspondence, agendas and reports
  • Prepare sophisticated presentation materials
  • Proactive calendar and time management
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of administrative work experience in a startup or small company environment
  • 2+ years of experience supporting C-level executives and their teams
  • Advanced proficiency with collaborative software (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MS Office365)
  • Advanced presentation skills, including Google Slides and PowerPoint
