Process Development Associate Large Molecule Release Testing
LiveWhat you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role in a phase-appropriate GMP setting, you will support lot release and stability study sample testing of early phase Tox and GMP materials in Large Molecule Release Testing (LMRT) labs in a timely and compliant fashion.
Additionally, you will be managing critical reagents, lab equipment, and general lab supplies.
Perform potency binding assays, cell-based bioassays, impurity testing such as ELISAs and PCR assays
Generate, analyze, and critical review of analytical data to support product release and stability, investigations, and regulatory submissions
Support analytical method transfer and troubleshooting
Perform cell culture maintenance, reagents/media/buffer preparation and relevant lab support
Monitor routine laboratory supply, such as ordering and restocking
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree OR
Associates degree and 4 years of scientific experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 6 scientific experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cell culture, binding assay, cell-based bioassay, ELISA, and PCR assay
Experience in GMP environment and familiarity with good documentation practices
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and attention to details
Flexible, take initiative and work well independently and in teams
