Jira Developer (Contract, Remote)

About Freenome 

Freenome is a high-growth biotech company on a mission since 2014 to create tools that empower everyone to prevent, detect, and treat their disease.

To achieve this mission, Freenome is developing next-generation blood tests to detect cancer in its earliest, most treatable stages using our multiomics platform and machine learning techniques. Our first blood test will detect early-stage colorectal cancer and advanced adenomas.

About the Role and Your Contribution:

This is a contract role which may run from 3-6 months. This role is remote for employees based within the US only.

We are looking for an experienced Jira developer to configure and expand our Jira instance with custom workflows, forms and fields. Some of the responsibilities which are included but not limited to are:

• Configure Advance Jira workflows
• Configure Jira Service management
• Work with business to understand the needs and implement proper Jira modules
• Integrate Jira with Google tools, slack and zoom
• Adding and configuring custom fields
• Develop and configure default forms for projects

Your background, perspective and experience: 

• 2+ years of advanced experience in Jira/Atlassian
• Developed end to end workflows
• Integrated other platforms with Jira
• Experience with Jira automation via scripting and advanced workflows
• Able to adjust schemas and create project templates per need
