What You Will Achieve

The Digital Manufacturing Team is responsible for the delivery of Pfizer’s Core Digital Manufacturing Operations Management (MoM) capabilities at every level of the Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Plant Network (ISA 95 Levels 0-4). These solutions are critical to Manufacturing & Lab Execution, Manufacturing Process Intelligence and Production Optimization that aim to improve product quality, increase asset utilization/uptime, automate manual workflows, and streamline plant floor operations.The Digital Manufacturing vision is to “Simplify processes and experiences to drive PGS outcomes”.

The Manufacturing 4.0 (M4.0) Team supports all of Pfizer’s Core Manufacturing & Engineering Solutions, while enabling a secure, seamless flow of contextualized data from the device & control levels, all the way to the top of the Enterprise. Our goal is to create persona driven, connected experiences across our shop floors to predict and optimize operations, while providing real-time insights to operators. The Manager, M4.0 Program Management colleague will support a variety of program management activities for the M4.0 portfolio, including Reporting, Portfolio Management, Performance Management, and Financial Management. The colleague will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the M4.0 organization is stable and optimized for capacity management.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Management of all Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Liaise with Global Procurement on Request for Proposals, Competitive Bidding, Software Negotiations and other matters as deemed appropriate.

  • Financial Performance Management – KPIs, Metrics

  • OpEx Budgeting & Forecasting for Software, Hardware Depreciation/Leasing, Contractors, etc.

  • Manage the accounting operations including month end accruals, forecasting, budgeting monthly reviews and variance analysis of spend for expense and capital projects as well as departmental operating expenses

QualificationsMust-Have
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years related work experience

  • Relevant domain experience in accounting, finance and/or portfolio management.

  • Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.

  • Strong analytical/technical skills including financial accounting

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong communications (verbal and written)

Nice-to-Have
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
