What You Will Achieve

In your role, you’ll specify, design, install, validate,maintainand calibrate large-scale, critical (zero downtime), manufacturing computer information systems to improve manufacturing success rates.

You’ll also integrate manufacturing/process operational knowledge, equipment control and data into (large) systems, which enforces the sequence of operations across departments related to batch production, testing, subsequent performance tracking and drug substance disposition.

As part of the Technical Operations team, your prior work experience and ability to apply your breadth of knowledge will help you adapt the standard methods and procedures. You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency,throughput and quality. Your expertise will help you in deciding the methods and procedures that are the best fit for different work situations.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Manage own time, professional development and be accountable for own results.

  • Prioritize own workflow and assist in prioritizing the workflow of other colleagues.

  • Participate in optimized alarm management and alarm monitoring practices andmonitor automation systems to ensure optimum performance.

  • Carry out Preventive/Predictive Maintenance of plant instrumentation,control and electrical system to ensure high reliability and availability.

  • Support to develop Preventive Maintenance SOP/Procedures and tasks to maintain plant assets.

  • Conducttroubleshootingand locate sources of problems by observing instrument/electrical devices in operation, listening for problems, using measuring tools and testing instruments for trouble shooting.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support investigations.

  • Support project construction and commissioning of plant equipment and systems through active involvement in punch listing and commissioning activities; discuss equipment improvement and modifications with Supervisor/Engineers.

  • Perform duties in a safe manner with a focus on Zero Injuries.

Qualifications

Must-Have
  • High School Diploma or GED and4+ years of experience.

  • AAS degree and 2+ years of experience.

  • BS degree and 0+ years of experience.

  • Certification in assigned area if applicable.

  • Demonstrated skills with computer software applications.

Nice-to-Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strongteam-workskills and experience.
