the opportunity

Entrada is hiring for an analytical Co-op position to join the Company’s CMC department. Under the supervision of the senior level scientist, this individual will work very closely within different functional teams within CMC and discovery department to perform analytical testing to facilitate the process development, formulation, DS release and stability program on different modalities. The successful candidate will perform HPLC/UPLC, pH, Endotoxin, residual impurities tests for the samples submitted from different functional teams. By the end of the co-op training, the candidate will gain hands-on laboratory experience and solid practical understanding of separation science and analytical method development for the therapeutic proteins and oligonucleotides.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare all kinds of buffers and mobile phase for HPLC/UPLC
  • Perform analytical procedures routinely after training and demonstrated proficiency of such procedures
  • Document the testing details and data on Elab Journal electronic laboratory notebook.
  • Input the data into the data trending table
  • Maintain inventory of reagents and consumables
  • Present data and research findings in internal team meetings

To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:

  • A bachelor's degree in biochemistry, bioscience, biotechnology or a related field
  • Knowledge and familiar with separation science and hands-on experience preferred.
  • Hands on experience with HPLC/UPLC or compendial testing preferred
  • Strong communication skill (oral and written) and ability to work effectively across functions
  • Desire to work in an innovative and collaborative environment pursuing high reward science
