Specialist, Supply Chain

Position Summary & Role

• Resilience is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the Supply Chain function at Resilience RTP. The incumbent will serve as an individual contributor leading and supporting efforts in Quality Event management, site technology transfer, new material enrollment, audit readiness and response, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate for this role aspires to grow with the company and is willing to provide support in all areas of the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate and own deviation records related to Supply Chain operations (material receipt, material management, material distribution, ERP master data).
• Develop and implement robust CAPAs to continuously improve efficiency in the Supply Chain organization.
• Represent the Supply Chain team at relevant Quality Systems forums, such as Deviation Triage and Change Control Review Board, and in Tech Transfer forums supporting new product introduction.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects for Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, and Oracle SCM.
• Support audit readiness activities for inspections conducted with Health Authorities and Resilience partner organizations.
• Support production planning activities such as batch initiation and raw material readiness.
• Build connections with Global Supply Chain counterparts to ensure alignment of policies and procedures within the Supply Chain program.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in role involving technical writing and quality record management.
• Experience working in or supporting pharmaceutical or biotech preferred, but not required.
• Independently motivated, detail oriented and good problem-solving ability
• Excellent communications skills and ability to influence across multiple functions
