Rare Disease Navigator
The Pfizer Connect Rare Disease Navigator is a commercial (non-sales) customer service role enabled to remotely engage customers from the Pfizer Connect centers in Lake Forest, IL and Tampa, FL - this is an office-based role. The Navigator will serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs and their offices. The role is focused on ensuring awareness and understanding of Pfizer’s products, disease areas and related resources. The Navigator will be responsible for enabling a seamless engagement across Pfizer functions, tools, and resources.
The Navigator will be the principal point of contact for the HCP and will have visibility to all Pfizer colleague engagements with the HCP/office, including coordinating meetings with the HCP for Pfizer cross-functional colleagues.
Health and Science Representative
The Pfizer Connect Health & Science Representative (PCHR) is responsible for increasing product awareness, educating customers and attaining the goals of their Business Unit through fully remote / virtual customer interactions. The PCHR is charged with relationship development and promotional efforts with U.S. customers and accounts.This position will be based at our Tampa or Lake Forest site full-time.
Area Business Manager
The Area Business Manager (ABM) will be responsible for the supervision and leadership of 9-12 representatives within the area assigned, sales performance of the business portfolio of products, and business knowledge of the area landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the business marketplace. This position will require regular in field and virtual coaching and observation of Field Representatives and frequent customer contact as well as the development of a strong, effective partnership with marketing and channel colleagues. The ABM will ensure compliant execution by team members, driving understanding of relevant policies and guidance and advancing a culture of integrity.
