How You Will Achieve It

  • Assist the MES Engineers with process evaluation, process mapping and site fit gap analysis and capturing manufacturing, automation, and compliance requirements

  • Develop and increase your understanding of MES Authoring requirements and process

  • Inform the MES Manager is aware of project challenges and risks at the earliest opportunity

  • Provide the support to the MES Engineers and Manager

  • Attentively participate in development, authoring, testing and deployment of electronic master batch records (eMBR’s) and workflows

  • Complete assigned tasks from the MES Manager and within Agile Methodology on time

  • Clearly communicate progress and issues to peers

  • Demonstrate good planning, organization, time management and team participation skills

  • Assist the MES Engineers with process evaluation, process mapping and site fit gap analysis and capturing manufacturing, automation, and compliance requirements

  • Assess challenges to the schedule and re-directing activities as necessary to minimize impact to quality, compliance and timelines.

  • Capable of detecting technical problems and assisting the appropriate colleagues for resolution.

  • Conduct all activities that are in accordance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures, Pfizer Values, and global regulatory guidelines, environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc.

  • Provide input and revise Standard Operating Procedures, batch records, forms or other {Current} Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} related documents to support continuous improvement efforts, investigation corrective actions etc.

  • Support data quality projects throughout their lifecycle including requirement. collection, business/data analysis, development (with Pfizer Digital or self-develop), deployment and support.

  • Perform troubleshooting and necessary training on System Application & Products and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) System.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 4 years of experience OR a bachelors degree with 0+ years of experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at different levels in the organization

  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment

  • Experience in time management; understanding the criticality to complete assigned activities on time

  • Must be proactive and ownership in developing MES authoring

  • Have a positive attitude and high-level of personal and data integrity

  • Knowledge of GxPs

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience in manufacturing and/or quality operations

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work off shift hours in support of Mfg Operations as required during testing or hypercare activities.
