What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this pivotal role, you will provide multi-dimensional support across Development Supply Chain (DSC) to deliver on our ambitions, ensure supply, and manage the business operating rhythm.

  • Metrics Management and Reporting: Oversight of DSC goals, Business Performance Review, SQDIP management, and Executive Reporting
  • Budget management: Perform budget creation, analysis, and LE management, including outside expense, staff augmentation, and headcount analysis
  • Continuous Improvement and Productivity: Support Operational Excellence capabilities to the critical areas in the value chain in support of productivity improvement. Manage the process of ideation, review, and reporting
  • Data analysis: Develop presentations based on data and communicate analysis and recommendations to DSC/MCS leadership. Support business and resource forecasting, financial modeling, and trend analysis to drive decisions.
  • Training Management: Take an active leadership role in DSC training, including training vendor management, schedule orchestration, and metrics
  • Strategy & Goal Development: Develop a strategic framework for DSC through the management of visioning, strategy, and goal workshops

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate OR
  • Masters degree and 2 years of experience OR
  • Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience OR
  • Associates degree and 10 years of experience OR
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated time management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration, work effectively on cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver on-time
  • Independent self-starter. Ability to set clear goals and effectively prioritize workload, operate autonomously, and deliver high-quality work output. Understands what it means to own something and be accountable
  • Project management experience in life science/manufacturing/operations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative
  • Experience with Project Management tools, methodologies, and practices
  • Ability to work in a highly fluid, interactive, matrix environment
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Miro, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong interest in learning new things, ability to take on tasks with limited information and/or guidance
