Job Details

The Senior Manager, Change Management will support the development of a change management function as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) in Global Development (GD) at Regeneron. Reporting to, and working closely with the Director, he/she will develop change management strategies and deliverables in support of non-drug projects, develop internal change capabilities by creating learning opportunities, Communities of Practice, coaching, and consulting. He/she will also work closely with project managers, the Learning Center of Excellence, and other teams to support projects as needed.

As a Senior Manager, Change Management, a typical day might include the following:

  • Drive the development and implementation of Change Management strategies that improve user awareness, understanding, and adoption of strategic GD Projects
  • Use prescribed change management tools such as; change impact analysis, change communication and enablement plans, readiness assessments, and leadership engagement activities
  • Supports project teams to integrate GD Change Management activities within the project plan of GD Projects
  • As requested, coach and mentor GD leaders and personnel to increase and build knowledge / expertise in how to effectively apply change management as a Regeneron tool. Find opportunities for continuous improvement within the GD function i.e. to facilitate the process of maturing ideas that become part of initiative proposals.
  • Acts as partner in helping to structure change, communication, and input into training plans as appropriate to address key business objectives for GD Projects.
  • Create employee experience strategies based on awareness of the details of the change and the audiences impacted
  • Identify success metrics and regularly report on progress and gaps
  • Ensure message development and execution are consistent in voice, processes, tools and services provided to customers

This role might be for you if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: minimum of 7-years of relevant communications management / change management industry experience
  • Advanced Degree: minimum of 4-years of relevant industry experience communications management / change management industry experience
  • An outstanding communicator, adept at creating partnerships, reaching different audiences, and working collaboratively to meet shared objectives and goals
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Effective use of change management tools / methodologies to address complex organizational issues.
  • Able to interact with and influence partners across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Manage complex projects under agreed deadlines.
  • Listening and responding to collaborator needs (internal and external) to enable GD project outcomes.
  • Build and leverage relationships across organizational boundaries and levels within Regeneron.
  • Able to adapt and respond quickly as required.
