Regulatory Change Management Specialist

The Regulatory Change Management Specialist will be responsible for providing creative guidance to Change Management (OCM)’s ongoing and/or newly identified initiatives, and sustaining them over time. We expect you to be the creative support for initiatives such as; creation of SharePoint sites, training materials, project portals, creative communications. We expect for you to assist in the delivery of an OCM roadmap to implement projects related to Regulatory submissions, publishing, data standards, and user engagement.

• Works with the Change Management Lead to anticipate future needs for OCM within Regulatory Operations and between external Global Development partners, maturing ideas into initiative proposals.
• Promotes the evolution of change management projects, communication plans, and process efficiency.
• Creation and maintenance of OCM related materials, including but not limited to project announcement/progress communications, videos, and SharePoint sites.
• Contributes to the development of a framework of embedding innovation, process efficiency and change management philosophy.
• Assists in presenting projects to department leadership as part of a collaborative partnership.
• Supports delivery of assigned initiatives on time and with exceptional quality by facilitating team discussions, applying process improvements, and applying project management methodologies as needed throughout the lifecycle of an initiative.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to identify OCM needs.
• Sustains stakeholder engagement throughout the life cycle of various initiatives to enable informed future decision-making and organizational adoption

You have experience with Graphic Design applications highly desirable

You possess pharmaceutical industry experience, either in Change Management, corporate communications, or Project Management.

You are a strong communicator and presenter

You can engage and influence a variety of stakeholders at all organizational levels.

You are a problem solver while also being a phenomenal collaborator

You have used specific communications material creation software is highly preferred (eg, Panopto, Camtasia, MS Publisher, Adobe Creative suite).

You have experience with Regulatory information management systems and tools (eg, electronic document management systems, Registration systems, validation tools, eCTD/NeeS viewing, agency gateways/portals, etc) desirable but not required

To be considered for this opportunity, you have a bachelor’s degree and at least two year of experience within a regulatory change management setting. We expect this person to be a creative that is willing to share their creative ideas willingly.
