Ace Info Solutions, a Guidehouse Company  is recruiting for Multiple DevSecOps Engineers for a upcoming federal cloud migration and operations project.  This is a high-visibility and high-risk program that will make a difference in the lives of fellow US citizens.  Candidates must have proven experience providing DevSecOps Engineering services within commercial cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. This position will require a candidate that is both collaborative and agile with a strong history of delivering results that exceed customer expectations. This position is remote.

 

 

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • ​Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory, etc. 
  • Containerize and automate deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc. 
  • Assist software teams and IT with server upgrades/patches, database support, and setup of virtual environments 
  • Support operating system, infrastructure, and platform hardening 
  • Implement code quality analysis tools such as SonarQube or Coverity 
  • Support system migrations from legacy to Cloud environments 
  • Deploy and manage cloud storage and backups for variety of storage and database services 
  • Perform repeatable cloud migrations including rehost (lift and shift), re-platform, and re-engineering of on-premises IT assets (data, network, and systems/applications) into cloud environments​ 

 

 

Requirements

 

Required qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Degree can be substituted for years of experience.
  • 5+ years in DevOps, Software Integration, or related IT disciplines 
  • Experience with configuration and deployment tools such as Ansible or Puppet 
  • Experience with container orchestration services including Docker or Kubernetes 
  • AWS or Azure experience, particularly using Cloud-native management tools 
  • Experience with on-prem/datacenter environments 
  • Experience in the Agile software development environment 

 

 

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

  • Cloud Certification such as AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer 
  • Experience with Federal systems 

 

 

 

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident is required for the position. Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation.

Compensation

The annaul salary for this position generally ranges between $120,000.00  to $140,000.00. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
