GIS Developer

Ace Info Solutions, a Guidehouse Company  is recruiting for a GIS Developer to contribute to the Operations and Maintenance of an Enterprise NRM system. This position is remote.

 

 

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing multiple applications of varying levels of complexity that utilize ESRI ArcGIS software on Windows. Applications are written in C# and interact with SDE and with non-spatial data in Oracle database.
• Communicate with team members and customers daily through various media (orally, written, electronically).  
• Create solutions that solve problems based on data analysis, user interviews, and feedback loops.  
• Understanding of personal velocity and its impact on project deliverables.  
• Provide solutions that address usability, utility and functionality.  
• Effectively apply the concepts of iterative design and development.  
• Work in an Agile and Scrum environment.    
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation.  

 

 

 

Requirements

 

Required qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Degree can be substituted for years of experience.
• Extensive experience in Oracle PL/SQL
• Extensive experience in Oracle database design
• Fluent in SQL  
• Extensive experience in Jaspersoft Studio and JRXML 
• Experience in Java Development
• Fluent in SQL 

 

 

 

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

• ArcGIS Python APIs
• PL/SQL
• ArcGIS Server REST services
• ArcGIS API for JavaScript
• Devart dotConnect
• Component One

 

 

 

 

U.S. Citizen, EAD or Permanent Resident is required for the position. Candidate must successfully pass a Federal Background Investigation.

Compensation

The annaul salary for this position generally ranges between $100,000.00  to $105,000.00. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
