Job Details

Our team are experts on our professional medical education and form an extremely valuable part of our global development organization. We serve as an important liaison between Regeneron and the scientific and healthcare community. Medical Education is organized in an optimally aligned matrix structure for delivery of therapeutic and functional area expertise.

The Systems Associate Specialist is responsible for supporting and contributing to various web-based applications used by the Medical Education team for the administration of independent medical education (IME) funds awarded by Regeneron. This position will also provide reporting services for the team, including data intensive deliverables and audit readiness functions. The Systems Associate will work in a multifunctional matrix organization, working closely with colleagues within the medical education and the medical affairs group. You will serve a resource for and collaborate with internal Regeneron teams, Alliance partners, and external vendors. The position will report to the Specialist, Medical Education Systems.

As an Associate Specialist, Medical Education Systems, a typical day may include the following:


-  Work with Medical Education team to identify, define, and verify issues with current systems

-  Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to troubleshoot solutions

-  Produce queries to ascertain accurate formatted data as requested within multiple systems

-  Compliantly interface/liaise with internal partners, grant recipients, and external vendors for user training and issue troubleshooting

-  Collaborate with graphic services to improve the user experience of various web-based applications

-  Actively participate in and contribute to Medical Education team and cross-functional meetings

-  Contribute to documentation on shared servers to ensure an organized, user-friendly way to retrieve data and all medical education relevant information

-  Ensure the maintenance of accurate and current records for audit purposes

-  Observe compliance mechanisms to adhere to all governing medical education regulations and Regeneron policies

-  Conduct special projects and other departmental responsibilities as assigned

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree a plus and a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in web design and/or architecture. Experience with enterprise-level content management systems is a plus. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Microsoft Office 365 including Microsoft Teams. Experience in the medical education/communications/agency and/or pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
