In this role you will be responsible for testing clinical trial patient specimens according to validated GCLP protocols. Utilize technical and scientific expertise in immunophenotyping to analyze and review high dimensional flow cytometry data collected from immuno-oncology clinical trials. Candidate should exhibit moderate to high level of independence while working on multiple projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Testing patient specimens
• Analyzing and reviewing accuracy of patient flow cytometry data
• Reporting patient data via regulated systems
• Collaborating cross functionally with colleagues on various projects (be a team player)
• Working in a GMP/GCP/GLP/CLIA regulated environment and is responsible for following all applicable regulations

Minimum requirements • PhD with minimum of 1yr, MS with minimum of 2 years or BS/ BA with scientific emphasis with minimum of 4 of directly relevant experience
• Deep hands on knowledge in phenotyping of normal and abnormal immune cell subsets, including stem cells, is strongly preferred
• Sound knowledge of Flow Cytometry, including but not limited to FACSCanto, Fortessa X-20 and analytical software
• Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to apply principles, concepts, practices and standards associated with analytical assay development/validation and/or sample testing in a laboratory setting
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and core competences in flow cytometry
• Good time management and prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Critical thinker and team player
