Job Details
The Role:
Provide an over-arching description of the role and the impact the student will have. Give details around what the student will learn, their objectives and the exposure they will have to the team/Moderna.
This is a winter/spring co-op opportunity in Norwood, MA from January June 2023. Applicants must be available for the entire duration of the co-op. Start date will be January 9, 2023.
This position is limited to individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States and do not require company sponsorship for work eligibility.
Heres What Youll Do:
Transposing of program documents into new formats as needed
Assistance with sweeper program revamp
Logistic scheduling, setting up meetings to discuss program with volunteers
Assist with MERT
Cabinet and response bag inspections
Meeting minutes
Meeting minutes
EHS committee
MERT
Sustainability
Presentation creation
Meeting minutes
Organize EHS digital and paper documents
Print and binder EHS program docs
Clean up EHS program folder
Laboratory walk throughs with EHS member
Note taking, action items, learning opportunity
EHS Event review and administration assistance within EHS team
Assistance with ICS/EAP procedures and development of current program
Administrative support, learning opportunity
