Company Overview

Uh-Oh Labs is a fast-moving Bay Area startup developing a world-changing point-of-care and at-home diagnostics platform for personalized medicine. Our mission is to expand access to rapid, lab-quality testing and empower individuals to monitor their own health conveniently and inexpensively. We are committed to our employees, our customers, our community, and the environment.

Our first product is a COVID test, which combines the sensitivity of PCR with the simplicity and cost of an antigen test. Our COVID test has completed clinical studies and is under preparation for an EUA application for both POC and OTC settings. We have also begun initial manufacturing of the instruments and test kits and are in discussions with customer and distributors to commercialize our COVID test in Q1 2022.

Looking ahead, we will continue to develop our platform by developing additional tests, such as for influenza, STDs, and even diagnostic biomarkers, as well as expand our app to include additional services for patients and consumers. Our goal is to give everyone access to powerful, personalized, and private diagnostics and healthcare services they can use anywhere.

Uh-Oh Labs is part of the NIH RADx program and is funded both through private and US government investment. We have recently received a multi-million dollar investment to aggressively scale our manufacturing efforts, and we are hiring to expand our team for launching our COVID test and developing additional tests on our platform.
