  • Effectively communicate project team queries, requests and expectations (i.e. timing and deliverables) from the Project Teams to management.
  • Conduct and report analyses using data derived from preclinical studies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the relevant scientific literature as well as regulatory guidance as they pertain to PK/PD.

This might be the role for you if:

  • You want exposure to molecules across multiple Therapeutic Areas
  • You have excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation and leadership skills
  • You enjoy a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Job Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of a PhD in Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Biology/Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, with relevant industry experience (Biotech or Pharma). We would like this experience to include in-depth theoretical and applied understanding of PK and PD, in order to describe and understand the pharmacology/biology of therapeutic proteins. A demonstrated ability to plan, organize, oversee PK and/or PK/PD studies, and analyze PK/PD data is essential.

Knowledge of and experience with relevant PK/PD software applications (e.g., WinNonLin) is desirable, as is experience in drafting PK reports and relevant IND sections. Previous experience with protein/monoclonal antibody therapeutics is required. Additional experience with other modalities, including siRNA, gene therapy, CAR-T and other modalities is highly preferred.
