REQUIREMENTS

• MS or BA in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or other related majors;
• RNA biology highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, siRNA/plasmid transfection, RNA/Protein/DNA preparation and quantification, qPCR, Western, ELISA, and cell proliferation assays is required.
• Experience in small animal handling, sample collection (blood and tissues), and processing.
• Experience in primary cell preparation and culturing is desired
• Over 3 years industrial experience in RNA-related research; experiences in liver disease drug development using antisense technology are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support in vitro and in vivo biology studies, 
• Conduct in vitro experiments upon antisense drug delivery, and evaluate on and off-target activity and safety using qRT-PCR and related techniques.
• Perform PK/PD and sample analysis n small animals,
• Participate in platform optimization, lead identification, and early drug discovery studies.
• Other duties as assigned.
