You will help Pfizer in the critical area of portfolio management for our Research and Development function. Your will help in the design and implementation of business processes to enable product research and development, portfolio prioritization, resource allocation and risk management.

Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
Work and maintain system life cycles in a regulated, Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment.
Ensure different categories of GMP instrument systems maintain laboratory compliance. With minimal oversight, maintain system life cycle phases from commissioning to retirement by developing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ and other SLC deliverables.
Facilitate resolution and appropriate escalation of conflicts within the team and with other stakeholders to ensure programs success.
Develop, maintain and manage projects and provide project updates and information to support the business need.
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience or Master's Degree and 1+ years of experience.
Demonstrated working in project and program management.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
Strong understanding of both pharma industry and scientific academic research environments.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a track record of on-time delivery in complex and often ambiguous situations and within tight timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel functions, and System Application & Products.
Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
Experience with development, programing and troubleshooting of Laboratory Information Management System applications.
Ability to identify typical laboratory equipment types.
Physical/ Mental Requirements
This position requires a person to be able to sit at a desk to write and develop documents. Intermittent walking, standing and/or bending required when working with instruments in the lab space. Must be able to adhere to lab safety requirements.
