What You Will Achieve
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Diversity Talent Sourcer, Candidate Experience, Pfizer Global Supply (PGS), will deliver strategic sourcing support for business-critical positions as well as niche skill sets, specifically supporting our Andover, MA location. This person will act as a trusted advisor partnering with Talent Acquisition (TA), HR and Hiring Leaders to facilitate recruitment while following global operating procedures, best practice principles which include, but are not limited to, sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection and offer development. In this position they are responsible for the further diversification of our workforce. This in the field of: gender, ethnicity, refugees, disability, LGBTQ, culture, neurodiversity & social & educational background.
How You Will Achieve It
Creating, monitoring & reporting "Diversity metrics"/success criteria for external recruitment
Develop a deep understanding and awareness across business units
Build and execute innovative, tailored sourcing strategies for key business areas
Partner with TA to present passive, high-caliber talent and assessments
Create internal and external networks to establish business critical talent pipelines for ongoing engagement
Provide strategic input to TA, hiring managers and HR by developing an understanding of the talent landscape, gathering and trackingcompetitive market intelligence and trends
Work closely with TA to incorporate creative solutions to increase the diversity of talent pools and ensure diverse candidate slates are delivered
Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR.
Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
Act as a credible and trusted resource to client groups.
Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to ensure compliance
Plays a part in local and regional TA projects proactively
Qualifications
Must-Have
BS degree and 2+ years of diversity sourcing recruiting experience OR High School Diploma and 6+ years of diversity recruiting experience
Demonstrated experience sourcing passive talent and delivering on recruitment strategies, direct sourcing and candidate/market research
Demonstrated experience with diversity related projects and establishing relationships with external partners i.e. diverse organizations and colleges
Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with hiring managers, HR partners and across the business
Ability to develop support hiring plans and play a role in development/launch of recruitment campaigns
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry
Specific experience in manufacturing and/or scientific recruitment/sourcing
Prior experience working in WorkDay as an applicant tracking system
