Quality Control Associate II

We are looking for a highly motivated QC Associate II to join our team.  This role will be working as part of the QC team to qualify and release products and support the Tech Transfer Team on projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The daily work will not only be restricted to lab work, but also includes:

    • detailed data analysis, 
    • documentation of results in the form of batch records, 
    • creating work instructions for new QC processes, 
    • investigating and troubleshooting upcoming issues and 
    • preparing presentation for weekly meetings
Required Skills:
  • Experience in molecular biology techniques, including DNA purification, NGS library preparation & QC, PCR
  • Solid pipetting techniques
  • Microscopy knowledge 
  • Experience in aseptic handling of cells and cell culture
  • Experience with data analysis and solid presentations skills
  • Computer skills (Google suite, Excel)
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of related experience required, preferably in a QC or MFG environment
