Role Description:  

 The Quality Unit is currently hiring within Quality Management and Quality Control for a variety of positions and at different levels to join the Forge Biologics team.  We are looking to build our Quality Unit with industry related experience that will support Forge Biologics' GMP-readiness. 

These positions will be working either full time onsite at our offices in Columbus, OH, or may be open to work in a hybrid situation that would require travel to Columbus, only as needed, depending on the role. 

 

We will have Quality opportunities in the following areas: 

  • Quality Management 
    • Supplier Quality 
    • Quality Assurance 
    • Quality Systems 
    • Quality Engineering/Validation 
    • Regulatory & Quality Compliance 
  • Quality Control 
    • Analytical/Molecular Biology 
    • Microbiology 
    • Physical Monitoring 
    • Environmental Monitoring  

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in biological or science related field or engineering (or equivalent work experience) 
  • Candidates with sterile, injectable pharmaceutical experience are preferred 
  • Experience with regulatory interactions is highly desirable 
  • Detailed/Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMP regulations and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements is preferred 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a strong attention to detail 
  • Highly collaborative team player with a positive, helpful, and resourceful attitude 
  • All experience levels are encouraged to apply- recent college graduates, professionals interested in changing industries, especially individuals with prior banking or military experience that will be familiar with controlled processes and following prescribed procedures.
