  • Lead system assessments for new services and improvements to existing solutions
  • Improve solution approach based on Agile standards and global standard methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with multiple levels of leadership as well as peers to build alignment and advance initiatives
  • Prepare a product roadmap taking into consideration several factors including timeline, velocity of team, financial resources, in alignment with the SFDC roadmap to set and manage expectations of involved parties
  • Work with clients to prioritize product backlog
  • Ensures solutions developed across countries / regions are aligned to enterprise architecture standards, guidelines and principles by using common technology platforms and services
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Improve operational procedures to help the team perform optimally
  • Build business case and presentations to executive team members and customers to support recommendations
  • Lead all aspects of implementation of projects from inception to completion
  • Use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of information systems experience

Or

Masters degree and 6 years of information systems experience

Or

Bachelors degree and 8 years of information systems experience

Or

Associates degree and 10 years of information systems experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of information systems experience

And

2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile DevOps environments
  • Experience as a program leader managing implementations of custom software implementation
  • Solid understanding of software development including engineering skills for developing an app or web services, as well as understanding how these things work together
  • Experience in delivery of Salesforce solutions
  • Ability to conduct and effectively communicate cost-benefit analyses or risks that enable efficient decision-making
  • Ability to influence behaviors of leaders and without traditional hierarchy
  • Ability to communicate thoughts, concepts, practices effectively at all levels, adjusting as needed to a target audience
  • Expertise working in multi-team environment
  • Proven commitment to continually improve, share learning and encourage team development
