We are currently looking to for a Quality Control (QC) Instrumentation Analyst with a 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Instrumentation Analysts are on the front line. They perform all tasks necessary for the maintenance of laboratory testing and analytical equipment.


As a QC Instrumentation Analyst a typical day might include the following:

  • Scheduling and coordinating all preventive maintenance and repair work performed by outside contractors (includes ensuring vendors are in compliance with site requirements prior to performing equipment related services)
  • Review of vendor documentation in support of preventative maintenance, and repair work.
  • Communicating Repair status to stakeholders.
  • Working hands on with a team of peers to understand how instruments function, repair them, and keep them in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Initiate, track, and close work records in BMRAM equipment database as needed.
  • Support change control activities impacting QC equipment; provide impact assessments when required

This role might be for you if:

  • You have experience with analytical testing in a cGMP laboratory setting.
  • Have experience working or leading projects in a GxP environment.
  • Have GxP laboratory or equivalent experience and are looking for a new challenge.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced working environment with challenging project deadlines.
  • Are adept at a combination of team based and individual contributor work.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience with repairing analytical equipment in a cGMP laboratory setting.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project or SmartSheet.
  • You possess time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task.

To be considered for the QC Instrumentation Analyst you must be willing and able to work 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. For various levels you must have the following:

Associate QC Instrumentation Analyst: BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

QC Instrumentation Analyst: BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 12-18+ months of related experience of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sr QC Instrumentation Analyst I: BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with analytical testing in a cGMP laboratory setting preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
