As a Senior Manager, DUPIXENT Gastrointestinal (GI) Marketing a typical day may include:

The Sr. Manager/Manager of Gastrointestinal Marketing will contribute to the financial success of DUPIXENT and will report to the Associate Director, Gastrointestinal Marketing.  The primary areas of responsibility will be to lead Non-Personal Promotions (NPP)/Omnichannel Marketing for the first GI focused DUPIXENT indication, Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE), that will continue to build and drive demand for DUPIXENT in this growing competitive market.  Specifically, this will include developing and executing a robust NPP/Omnichannel strategy and plan including focused and customized promotional resources for engaging a new specialty audience in the Gastroenterologists.

This role may be for you if you:

  • Lead Non-Personal Promotions/Omnichannel Marketing strategy, planning, and creative working with multiple agencies

  • Develop HCP in-market resources with strong cross-functional partnership including Sales, Market Access, Market Research, Insights/Analytics, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure aligned objectives

  • Understand customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies

  • Implement a plan for optimal channel distribution for communication with targeted customer segments managing patients with EoE

  • Tracks the metrics and effectiveness of promotional tactics and optimizes HCP engagements

  • Develops and executes the HCP NPP portion of the strategic and tactical brand plans for EoE in the US with alliance partner

  • Work cross-functionally and within the co-promotional Alliance framework to create, manage and track the joint budgets to ensure that the alliance is operating within aligned budget goals and appropriate full-year phasing

  • Contribute to competitive response efforts for the US GI HCP team

  • Contribute to planning and participates in relevant National Sales Team Meetings

  • Work with Finance and Associate Director to monitor spending against budget/forecast report budget results as requested; manage all projects and responsibilities to agreed-upon project timelines, budgets, and scope

  • Ensures that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • The position requires a highly motivated individual with strong strategic and scientific acumen, as well as an ability to be laser-focused on execution

  • Must be able to operate in a high-paced launch environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work through ambiguity

  • Exhibit organizational agility and the capability to identify the need to reprioritize to external or internal environmental changes

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members to develop and execute educational programs and support materials

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members, and across departments, to ensure consistency and collaboration in strategy development and implementation of programs

  • Ability to grasp complex scientific concepts and clinical data as well as simplify their meaning

  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence, both internally and externally

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage given budgets according to the brand plan

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work within cross-functional areas of the organization

  • Must be willing to travel 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed)

To be considered for this role you must possess a bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.7+ years of "progressive" industry/ relevant professional experience; 4+ years of pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing, product management, or related industry/ relevant professional experience. Non-Personal Promotions/Omnichannel Marketing experience. Gastroenterology/ Immunology experience preferred. Launch experience a plus. Prior pharmaceutical sales experience a plus. Self-injectable biologics experience a plus. Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus. Congress planning and execution experience a plus.
