Earli is on a mission to ‘Make Cancer A Benign Experience’ by detecting, localizing and then treating cancer at its earliest stages, when the chances of a cure are much higher. It does that by forcing cancer cells to express non-human, “synthetic biomarkers” that do not belong in human bodies, using biology that allows for massive signal amplification. The highly accurate Synthetic Biopsy becomes detectable through blood, urine or with its exact location through imaging. Founded by the late world-class scientist Sam Gambhir, serial entrepreneur Cyriac Roeding and gene therapy expert David Suhy, the company is funded by some of the world’s top venture capital firms and life science hedge funds. Earli is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
