Position 

We’re looking for a skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide support to our Chief Executive Officer. Your role will be to support the office of the CEO during an exciting and intense time of rapid growth and change.  You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, and work closely with other team members to manage internal and external activities.  This role will also interface with members of Eikon’s Board of Directors and their offices.

What You’ll Do 

  • Schedule internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Manage multiple busy executive calendars
  • Reconcile monthly expense reports
  • Manage travel needs for the CEO
  • Work as a team with the other EAs and assist with coverage, overflow, etc.
  • Assisting in preparing Board materials and communication
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in complex meeting scheduling and executive calendar management
  • Attention to detail and digital/technical proficiency
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience handling highly confidential information with absolute discretion
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and a variety of other systems such as SAP, Slack, Docusign, Acrobat and the like
  • Notary Public, or willingness to become certified as a Notary Public, desired but not required
