Summary

Responsible for Full life cycle end to end recruitment for assigned client group(s). Participates in the development and execution of a Talent Acquisition Strategy for assigned client group(s). This position will create a rich diverse pipeline of talent for current and future vacancies both internally and externally and then source, assess, select and on-board.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with HR Leaders, HRBPs and direct Hiring Managers to understand and interpret talent needs and requirements to build a skilled and diverse workforce
    Creates and presents solutions to Talent Acquisition issues and serves as a subject matter expert for assigned client group(s)
    Ensures diverse interview panels and candidate pools for every requisition
    Provides HR and assigned client group(s) regular requisition status updates and offers solutions relative to the sourcing strategy
    Conducts Candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments with potential internal and/or external candidates utilizing standardized interview protocols
    Assesses candidates for a variety of requirements such as behavioral fit, competencies and functional knowledge/skills
    Promotes DSI as an Employer of Choice with potential candidates
    Facilitates Recruitment Strategy Meetings and Candidate Debrief Meetings with key stakeholders, HRBPs, and direct Hiring Managers
    Evaluates employment references from potential candidates
    Partners with Total Rewards team to prepare and negotiate job offers for candidates
    Maintains Applicant Tracking System to organize candidates to ensure accurate metrics and reporting
    Serves as a subject matter expert on recruiting issues and trends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives that have short- and long-term implications for the business.
    Manages multiple processes within HR Talent Acquisition (contingent worker processes and intranet portal) interfaces with legal on employment issues and understands business impact of HR Talent Acquisition as it relates to other areas; manages offer letters, I-9’s, and legal documents related to HR
    Participates in developing, implementing, and improving recruitment processes, forms, templates, databases and tools, and recruiting metrics.
    Participates in Talent Acquisition projects (3-6 month timeline)
    Attends recruiting events and conferences on behalf of DSI
    Meets or exceeds time to fill, candidate experience and quality of hire metrics

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
  • 4 or More Years of total relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferred
  • experience in recruiting talent for pharma and/or bio-tech Research & Development functions preferred
