Job Details

The Quality Training Associate leads engagement with the business to establish appropriate GxP training assignments through training, troubleshooting, and providing administrative support for the validated LMS. This individual performs transactions in the LMS as needed and will act as the SME in cooperation with LMS business owners, including making recommendations regarding assignment of training. They will also propose and develop changes to processes and procedures involving the LMS activities by evaluating different courses of action and crafting efficient solutions.

In this role, a typical day may include:

  • Establish training groups in the LMS and associated training curricula/training items based on the associate’s role in the company and/or new training development, including making recommendations regarding assignment of training based on business need.

  • Training qualified users on how to accurately use LMS system.

  • Updates LMS as requested changes are approved.

  • Troubleshoots and advises users and/or triages help desk tickets related to LMS functionality and/or course issues.

  • Reviews and analyzes data to find patterns in support requests relating to LMS usage and proposes solutions to address trends.

  • Reviews all training documentation for completeness and compliance with Good Documentation Practices, sharing knowledge and support materials with internal customers as needed to ensure compliance.

  • Builds reports and supports requests for data using the company’s document management system and validated LMS.

  • Ensures adherence to GxP training requirements, policies and procedures and provides evidence of compliance via routine reporting.

  • Develops and makes recommendations on improvements or updates to changes in the LMS and communicates changes to key partners

  • Represents Global Development Training on projects relating to the LMS system and processes surrounding its use.

  • Facilitates LMS Admin training for new admins

  • Supports existing LMS, as well as acts as an SME in the review of future state opportunities for new LMS implementation

  • Collaborates optimally with internal and external partners to craft, implement and deploy scalable solutions that address customer and business problems surrounding GxP training assignments

  • Participates in improving the process to support documentation of compliance across supported partner groups.

  • Provides metrics on form completion and processing to AD, Learning Center of Excellence as the need arises

This role might be for you if:

  • Experience in handling multiple projects at the same time and being able to prioritize urgent needs

  • General knowledge of GxP guidelines

  • Experience working within an LMS

  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional groups

  • Clear communication skills

  • Time management skills

To be considered, you'll need a Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience
