As our QA Training Services Specialist, you will be responsible for timely and accurate support of quality processes related to the maintenance of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the EDMS and training processes.
- Enter paper training records into the EDMS.
- Maintain up-to-date training records.
- Resolve and respond to training issues and questions about the training system.
- Verify Training Line Clearance is accurate and functional.
- Provide support for internal and external regulatory audits.
What You Bring
- A High School degree or higher with 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, biotechnology, Document Control, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- AA degree or higher preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
