Job Description – Manager: Customer Engagement Oncology Marketing

Summary:
The Manager, LIBTAYO HCP Customer Engagement Marketing is responsible for optimizing the customer engagement and non-personal channel strategy for the LIBTAYO Non Melanoma Skin Cancer (NMSC) indications, as well as operational support and execution of the digital and print media tactics. This role will also be engaged in optimizing the brand metrics and measurement plan working closely with the analytics and customer insights team at Regeneron.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Development of NMSC customer engagement and non-personal channel strategy
- Optimization of the current metrics and measurement plan in conjunction with the analytics and customer insights team
- Media Vendor and 3rd Party Vendor Management including digital and/or non-personal communications (e-blasts, Rep Triggered emails, CRM, banner ads, etc)
- Support the roll out and execution of the digital amplification project including call center tactical execution and support
- Non-personal and field team integration planning, Veeva CRM platform management and point for field communications
- Field Input Team/Field Advisory Board point for NMSC Non-Personal Customer Engagement
- Lead for development of the NMSC non-personal promotion strategy, tactical plans, data triggers and budgets
- Joint review committee (JRC) captain: leading and driving the JRC prioritization and meetings for the LIBTAYO NMSC and Franchise JRC boards
- Inventory management, print and digital production, PI management
- Work with agency for label updates/changes to non-personal promo materials including website
- Coordination with the NSCLC team for LIBTAYO Brand Level non-personal and customer engagement strategy, planning, and execution
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- More than 2 years' progressive related industry experience required
- Strong project and process skills with attention to detail
- Must be proactive and able to prioritize
- Experience with media planning, developing digital customer engagement and digital engagement plans preferred
- Must be able to operate in fast paced launch environment
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Good interpersonal skills both internally & externally
- Ability to represent REGN perspective in alliance partnership and influence in a matrix organization
- Ability to develop strong scientific acumen
- Must be willing to travel approximately 20 – 30% and willing to travel on weekends to conferences and meetings, as needed
- Presentation skills and the ability to listen and communicate to a wide variety of scientific and commercially oriented individuals
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred
- Oncology / Biologics experience preferred
- Launch experience a plus
- Prior pharmaceutical sales experience a plus
- Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus
- Biotechnology or small specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience desired
