We are currently looking to fill a Technical Resources Specialist part of our QC Technical Resources. This position will be supporting project management of validation and qualification activities, transfer to partner and contract sites, and life cycle management of assays utilized in Quality Control testing. Regeneron has successfully commercialized numerous products and in this fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline, QC Technical Resources Specialists have the opportunity to develop scientifically and also gain insight into other areas of the business.

As an QC Technical Resources Specialist, a typical day might include the following

  • Maintaining, refining and developing QC data reporting tools including maintaining visual management dashboards
  • Work with users and vendors to define and implement system features and improvements.
  • Provide administrative support for existing computerized electronic data management systems
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize QC Technical Resources projects and efficiency initiatives.
  • Coordinate the needs of the functional area and establish priorities for design of queries and reports
  • Work with internal functions to customize tools for improved visual management
  • Identify opportunities for dashboard usage across functions and processes
  • Create interfaces to establish new ways of work and realize efficiency gains
  • Provide training and support to end users for business reporting systems.
  • Assist in writing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), User Requirement Specifications (URSs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs) with current formats.
  • Write and revise control test procedures and SOPs.
  • Coordinate and participate in weekly project update meetings
  • Coordinate post-transfer investigations between contract sites and collaborative partners.
  • Raise discrepancies to management, as needed.

To be considered for the QC Technical Resources Specialist role you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm. BS/BA in related field and preferred minimum 1-2 years of relevant Business Analytics/Data Visualization experience. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JMP, Macros, and SQL is desirable though not essential. Familiarity with electronic lab management systems and quality compliance requirements. Experience creating reports with business intelligence tools.
