Supplier Relationship Management Senior Manager

Establishing and leading cross-functional strategic partnerships with top suppliers that focus on productivity, innovation, and performance management
Developing and aligning long-term strategic plans with top suppliers
Expanding SRM Operating Model across procurement organization
Leading implementation of Workday Strategic Sourcing Supplier Performance Management Technology within procurement organization
Supporting Sourcing Team related projects and transformation initiatives on an ongoing basis
Establishing Strategic Partnerships & Managing Performance
Driving the transformation of the SRM Team to advance supplier management capabilities, processes, and metrics
Working with executives, business partners, and internal team to stratify and select potential strategic partners from our base of suppliers
Developing an engagement framework and facilitating a governance model with our suppliers
Leading the development of clear partnership outcomes with defined key performance indicators
Facilitating Steering Committee and Quarterly Business Review meetings to drive mutual value creation
Preparing for and facilitating regular business reviews with our top suppliers
Optimizing existing base of metrics and performance indicators across our enterprise for top suppliers to ensure consistency and value
Advising Category Managers and Engagement Leads on how to establish SRM programs, sharing best practices, and recommending solutions that will achieve the desired outcomes
Leading strategic sessions to identify productivity and innovative opportunities with suppliers
Prioritizing and selecting potential opportunities for innovation and/or continuous improvement
Developing business cases to showcase value of partnership ideas
Working with business partners to ensure alignment with the program and support of partnerships
Be a Talent Manager and help develop direct reports
Provide performance feedback and career counseling
Develop goals and prioritize team's work among multiple initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree & 2 years of Supplier Management, Finance or Project Management experience
OrMasters degree & 4 years of Supplier Management, Finance or Project Management experience
OrBachelors degree & 6 years of Supplier Management, Finance or Project Management experience
OrAssociates degree & 10 years of Supplier Management, Finance or Project Management experience
OrHigh school diploma / GED & 12 years of Supplier Management, Finance or Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Masters degree
6+ years of experience in business analysis, or managing and/or coordinating strategic corporate initiatives or management consulting work
7+ years of experience in cross-functional program management
Extensive financial analysis and business experience
Strong oral and written communication
Project and change management experience
Strong leadership and team building abilities
Ability to take ambiguous ideas and shape them into clear business opportunities, and deliver tangible results
Independent self-starter and able to motivate others to accomplish ambiguous tasks
Experience in developing program and project plans to meet expectations and drive outcomes
Ability to lead teams in a matrix organization, across geographic and functional reporting lines
Demonstrated track record of identifying root causes to issues and proactively problem solving
Change management experience with large and complex organizational transformations
Demonstrated success in partnering cross-functionally
Ability to own and strengthen relationships with key customers
Compelling and persuasive communicator (oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with process improvement and optimization tools and techniques
Ability to analyze, summarize, and present insights based on the needs of the audience
Ability to develop business cases and champion opportunities with quantifiable financial benefits
