ROLE SUMMARY

The CMMS Work Order Coordinator will be responsible for the effective execution of the maintenance work control processes. He/she will be responsible for the efficient and effective closing of work orders in the CMMS system. In addition, The CMMS Work Order Coordinator will be accountable for filling and storage of documents.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data entry into the CMMS (EAMS)
  • File reviewed and closed work orders
  • Execute Training on how to effectively complete a work order with proper documentation.
  • Review SOPs.
  • Process Calibration Requests. Provide guidance and examples.
  • Complete cGMP training assigned to role.
  • Assist with site regulatory inspections.
  • All other duties on an as needed basis including but not limited to shutdown support and project support.
  • To work and function in a team environment operating 24/7.
  • To ensure all company and Site Engineering policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Promote a department culture of safety and respect.
  • To be competent in the operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • To deliver training in line with site training procedures, when required.
  • To pursue solutions consistent with continuous improvement philosophy.
  • Any other activities as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical education preferred – Experience may be substituted
  • Ability to communicate information using tact and persuasion as appropriate.
  • Effective written, oral skills and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a GMP environment is preferred.
  • Good math skills and computer skills.
  • Good organizational skills. Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and provide simple and accurate instructions.
  • Knowledge and understands the maintenance processes and proper use of the work order system.
  • Must have be able to work with production, maintenance labor, maintenance management and store personnel.
  • Works closely with Maintenance Manager.
  • Works closely with Operation supervision and Operation planning.
  • Works closely with Maintenance Leads and Supervisors.
  • Interfaces with Safety and Environmental resources for specific concerns.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Job will require supporting the production schedule which includes certain level of availability on long days, weekends or alternative shifts.

At different times of the year, this position will work long hours for scheduled manufacturing shutdown periods and throughout the year may be required to work late with little notice as need arises when equipment is unexpectedly down.

Limited travel may be required.
