What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. You will ensure that the products arrive on time and within acceptable quality parameters meeting the desired marketing and financial objectives. Through your extensive knowledge in logistics management, you will guide the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and system to meet customer requirements.

As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Contribute to the completion of projects and manage own time to meet agreed targets and develops plans for activities on own projects.
  • Manage own workload with minimum oversight by manager/peer.
  • Ensure excellence in quality of our businessprocesses.
  • Maintain inspection readiness and supports internal/external audits as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Study best practices actively and apply wherever needed.
  • Review GMP documentation, i.e., forms, batch records including comment resolution to ensure compliance to current standards.
  • Responsible for Initiating and managing event reports, change controls, impact assessments, audit commitments, etc. within the quality tracking system to ensure on time closure.
  • Manage Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) Investigations, ensuring tracking and completion on time.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating Pfizer Quality Standards amendments and associated action items.
  • Lead scheduled Gemba safety and compliance walkthroughs and ensure closure of open actions items.
  • Qualified Trainer for Supply Chain needs.
  • Champion Data Integrity and Individual Accountability(DIIA) initiatives and compliance.
  • Revise GMP documents in with quality mindset.
  • Exercise judgment in resolving simple quality issues.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience in quality or cGMP warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP standards and excellent MS Office skills
  • Broad understanding of the supply chain environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience writing Quality events or GMP documentation

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree
  • Experience utilizing PDOCs, document revision software.
  • Experience with Method 1, Lean 6 Sigma Skills
  • Experience supporting Quality Systems investigations and change controls.
  • Experience presenting to Regulatory auditors.
