Regeneron is currently looking for a Project Manager – Process Sciences with a Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Manages timelines, leads projects and supervises department operations. Develops a company-wide and external network and use relationships to enable department objectives.

As a Project Manager – Process Sciences, a typical day might include the following:

  • Leading discussions among cross-functional team members and driving projects forward to on time completion
  • Building positive relationships and leveraging them to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and de-escalate tension
  • Analyzing data in a variety of formats to develop clear summaries of critical department activities or metrics, such as training or budgets
  • Joining meetings with department leadership and collecting input on various operational or strategic activities (e.g., capital purchasing plans)
  • Learning about technical operations within the department to better help with solving problems
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests for assistance from department managers or leaders, typically relating to projects or tasks that cross department boundaries
  • Proactively identifying emerging operational problems and working with team members to solve them
  • Developing structured processes to manage recurring problems (e.g., flow of samples between departments, management of report writing deadlines
  • Acting as a point of contact and liaison with other departments and as an impartial arbiter between process sciences and other departments
  • Traveling to other Regeneron locations or to partner or supplier sites to gather or disseminate information as needed while building personal relationships with key contacts
  • Performing basic administrative tasks as needed to support department wide activities (e.g., scheduling and running department meetings)

To be considered for the Project Manager – Process Sciences you must be willing and able to work Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm. For various levels you must have the following:

Associate Project Manager: BA/BS in science or engineering or related field and 8 +years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Project Manager:BA/BS in science or engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
