How you will Achieve More with Intellia:
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you will inspect all received inventory and materials for quality issues. You will reconcile any PO discrepancies and resolve incorrect invoices and exceptions. Additional role responsibilities include:
Participate in carrier evaluation and business reviews, identify necessary corrective actions and drive implementation
Work with shipping agents to arrange collections, clear customs, and make deliveries
Proactively monitor the status of shipments and identify and correct any issues as they arise
Provide customers with regular, accurate, and timely updates on shipping status
Promptly respond to all internal and external customer requests
Retrieve temperature monitors, download data, and report to internal customers
Arrange return of all logistical returnable packaging
Ensure any dangerous goods are correctly classified and have the correct documentation
Maintain database and appropriately file required government paperwork
Develop and manage recordkeeping and audit processes
Monitor all cold chain shipments daily
About You:
Qualified individuals will have experience in a Shipping & Receiving environment and knowledge of domestic and international logistic providers. Requirements include a High School Diploma and the ability to lift and/or push 50 lbs. on occasion. You are self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with little or no supervision. You possess good communication and problem-solving skills and can work under pressure to meet competing workplace demands

Join our award-winning Facilities Operations team! In 2021, Intellia’s Leadership team recognized our contributions with the Annual Impact Award. You will report directly to the Associate Director, Shipping & Receiving, and Internal Logistics in the Facilities, Lab Operations, and EH&S departments. The Shipping & Receiving team consists of six individuals working together and supporting multiple buildings. In addition, we work cross-functionally with other internal departments and functions and outsourced partners to support the needs of Intellia.
This role is 100% on-site, and you must be able to work overtime as needed and help support off-hour activities.
