Why Patients Need You

Will act as the site MES EBR Lead for PMX stabilization support and AMPS implementation. Will also act as the primary liaison for MES troubleshooting efforts between site Production Operations and the MES/AMPS Authoring Team. Will provide guidance and support of Senior Business Analysts for MES and will also provide support to the manufacturing organization by creating and maintaining electronic batch records. Responsible for change control authoring and task execution and SOPs as needed.

Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

How You Will Achieve It

  • EBR Lead for PMX Stabilization support and AMPS (Rockwell MES) Implementation at the Sanford site.

  • Primary liaison for MES troubleshooting between Production Operations and the MES/AMPS Authoring Team.

  • Develop, author, test and deploy electronic batch records (mEBR’s) to Manufacturing Operations.

  • Maintenance of effective mEBR.

  • Define functional requirements through client design reviews and documentation analysis and develop detailed designs that meet manufacturing requirements.

  • Design and execute functional testing (verification) of mEBRs and workflows.

  • Ensure that the Project Manager is fully informed of project challenges and risks at the earliest opportunity.

  • Asist with meeting project timelines within the Agile Methodology project management.

  • Perform trouble shooting activities for MES applications.

  • Change control authoring and execution

  • Knowledge of GxPs, GAMPS, 21CFR part 11 and data integrity principles.

  • SOP revisions

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or computer science discipline or similar field

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience, preferably in authoring in electronic batch record systems and automation.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently

Technical Skills

  • Experience in Rockwell MES application (PMX and AMPS) is preferred

  • Experience with MES system deployments, integration, and configuration

  • Proven experience with MES project execution (requirements analysis, design definition, design review, software development and review, solution implementation, testing and acceptance, traceability)

  • Experience with MES system deployments, integration, and configuration

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees at different levels in the organization

  • Must be proactive, have positive attitude and high-level personal integrity
