ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct monthly variance analysis to monitor and track PLA adherence to budget

  • Manage the quarterly forecasting processes (operating expense, capital & restructuring) and annual operating plan process

  • Serve as subject matter expert for purchase order & accounts payable issue resolution

  • Monthly headcount reconciliation to determine expense impact of vacancies & new hires

  • Help build business cases for PLA initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree qualification: BA/BS required

  • 5+ years of role related experience

  • Prior Financial Planning & Analysis experience

  • Outstanding presentation, writing, and communication skills

  • Required computer experience: SAP BI; proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Procurement/Vendor management experience

  • English fluency required

  • Ability to synthesize and make data-based recommendations
