The IOPS Manufacturing Supply Chain Department at Regeneron is growing! Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Be part of an integral team that gets products to patients. Areas of expertise include:

  • Supply Planning & Reporting: this group focuses on the planning process to establish standards and practices for a model supply chain, including developing policies, procedures and techniques for Commercial and Clinical programs. They manage the execution of master production scheduling (MPS), demand management and inventory management for assigned programs, and executing data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects. Creation of data content for the Integrated Product Supply planning processes and analyzing the metrics to identify gaps, improve service levels, reduce waste and improve the value chain efficiency are also part of the daily functions
  • Inventory Management: this group is determining material resources needed to meet the manufacturing production schedule, supports special project in the area and implements data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects. In partnership with Global Sourcing, lead discussions with suppliers and service providers for direct and indirect materials as well as any service providers as appropriate.  They are responsible for operations involving Material and Component Buying/Planning, Materials Logistics, and Inventory Management in a cGMP environment.
  • Structures & Systems: this group supports Data Governance by creating processes, standards and metrics to ensure effective use of business information. This group works cross functionally and focuses on various forms of information and includes both Planning and GxP data. They will work closely on an enterprise project team implementing an advanced planning system.
  • Supply Compliance: this group leads and executes compliance related activities, such as investigations, change controls, CAPA, etc. across all areas within Supply Chain Management.

Each position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science and additional related years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Associate Analyst: 0-2 years Supply Chain Management experience
  • Analyst: 2+ years Supply Chain Management experience
  • Senior Analyst: 5 years Supply Chain Management experience
  • Associate Manager: 6 years Supply Chain Management experience
  • Manager: 7 years Supply Chain Management experience
  • Senior Manager: 8 years Supply Chain Management experience

Nice to have’s:

  • Master’s degree in related area
  • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cGMP experience
  • APICS, CPIM, SCOR-P, CPSM or other related Supply Chain certifications
