The Pfizer Learning Academy (PLA) is a 200+ person organization in Pfizer Digital and is responsible for transforming the Learning Culture at Pfizer to empower all colleagues to perform to their greatest capacity and grow through learning. The current organization is responsible developing and delivering learning experiences to customer facing colleagues in Sales and Medical, Marketing, and the full enterprise with Colleague Performance and Leadership Development Learning opportunities. Within this organization, a new team has been formed called the Learning Trends & Strategy Team. This team is responsible for architecting the Pfizer Enterprise Learning Strategy and insuring we are maximizing our learning ecosystem to deliver on that strategy.

This Curator/Distributor role will be responsible for informing and enabling Pfizer L&D community to maximize 3rd party content

  • Assesses available curated content and selects options best suited to meet enterprise-wide learning experience needs

  • Ongoing assessment of current learning content providers and landscaping of potential new learning content/experience sources

  • Ensures cross enterprise L&D professionals are aware of all PLA provided sources of content, how to access them and integrate them into functional specific learning pathways/experiences

  • Define and share best practice for filtering and contextualizing curated content to align it to Pfizer specific learning objectives and learner WIFM messaging

  • Identify and establish consistent enterprise measures/channels for feedback that will provide insight into value/relevancy of curated content

  • Evaluate the data and draw insights to inform content decisions and Platform/Community engagement activities

  • Establish archival process for easy reuse of high impact learning Establish standards for quality and type of content to be curated via Pfizer Learning Academy platform (internally and externally sourced)

  • Recommend enterprise level additions/deletions to roster of learning content providers

  • Evaluation, negotiation and implementation of recommended learning providers in partnership with PLA Tech Platform Team

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree qualification: BA/BS required

  • 10+ years of L&D experience including hands on Instructional Design experience

  • Prior curation experience and / or evidence of effective data gathering and synthesis

  • Procurement/Vendor management experience a plus

  • English fluency required

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • Identifies multiple solutions or innovative options in solving highly complex problems that will impact the enterprise
