Job Details

The Manager Commercial Training Immunology - Allergy/ENT will report to the Director Commercial Training – Immunology and is responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating immunology (DUPIXENT) training materials for the franchise indications. Focus areas include product and competitive readiness training, market access, customer interaction skills, and national sales meeting preparation including workshop development for the DUPIXENT Allergy/ENT field and reimbursement teams.
Additional areas of responsibility include logistical support and coordination of the training of Immunology colleagues, as needed, in Rest of World (ROW) markets.

The Manager, Commercial Training Immunology (Allergy/ENT), leads in developing and executing disease state, brand & therapeutic area-specific training programs and meetings and drives other relevant training initiatives.

Develop
1) Creates training assets and facilitates live and virtual delivery of training for POAs, product launches, new hire training, advanced, and ad hoc training (e.g., competitive readiness) 
2) Leads in the development of Regeneron Field Trainers and in the implementation of Field Trainer-led programs while coaching and developing individual skills and behaviors 
3) Develops, measures, analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of training programs via surveys, stakeholder meetings, internal interviews, and field rides 

Operate 
4) Uses best-in-class approaches to ensure effective training delivery, including eLearning, self-directed learning, computer-based training, virtual & live classrooms and experiential learning to ensure the relevant team is trained to engage customers on DUPIXENT clinical data and on relevant support services via the RAISe interaction model 
5) Works across functional teams such as HCP marketing, sales, training coordinators, meetings teams, and third-party vendors to help facilitate the development of POAs, including workshop content, logistics, and budgets 
6) Works as a collaborative member of both the DUPIXENT training team and entire the training organization, supporting initiatives across the training department 
7) Functions effectively in collaborating with Alliance partners 
8) Works with ROW DUPIXENT teams, training coordinators, com ops teams, and training vendors to compile assets, update curricula, execute training, and track completion of training 

Execute 
9) Ensures all training is provided in accordance with company policies and procedures and are conducted in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations 
10) Ensures all developed materials are appropriately approved through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (JRC) process

Job Requirements

Required
- Bachelor' s Degree required
- Strong understanding of DUPIXENT clinical data and related disease states across DUPIXENT indications
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of adult learning and instructional design
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments and create effective teams
- Demonstrated mastery in presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills are required 
- Strong prioritization, organizational, planning, and project management skills are necessary, with a focus on results 
- Strong platforms skills, with a demonstrated mastery in oral and written technical communication 
- Achieve results in a fast-paced, timeline-driven atmosphere
- Demonstrated flexibility, leadership, influence, and emotional intelligence in working across stake holders 
- Computer skills - proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Demonstrates the Regeneron Way in the execution of all professional duties
- Sleepy Hollow, New York-based position; regular travel required

Preferred

- 2 years training or regional training experience
- Alliance or co-promotion experience
- Computer skills - Microsoft Teams & SharePoint

Minimum Work Experience

5-7 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical/biotech sales/leadership or related experience
