Main Responsibilities 

  • Drive business growth across the company in specific key accounts, in line with the Commercial Strategy
  • Understand Bionical Emas’s business model & ensure clients are aware of our full service offering
  • Having clear account plans for each key account including pipeline insights & stakeholder mapping
  • Working closely with the respective operational leads to support with the delivery of operational excellence
  • Acting as an escalation point when required
  • Identify opportunities for future growth in existing client base across the entire organisation
  • Lead the RFP process for defined key accounts
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to drive new proposition development
  • Secure extensions for WOs with existing projects

Key things we are looking for

  • At least 2 years’ experience working directly in the CRO space
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Account Management in the healthcare or Pharma industry
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Sets the highest personal standards
  • Agile – able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • A skilled and compelling communicator who can motivate, effectively manage customer expectations, and build strategic partnerships with clients
  • Some international travel required
