• Manage the administration on behalf of the VP of Sales and 2 Regional Business Director (East and West) and their teams as agreed
• Deliver a broad range of office support activities including planning and managing meetings, scheduling travel, developing presentations, data compilation and expenses
Key Dimensions:
• Reports to: the VP of Sales
• Location: Located in the field with minimal to no travel requirements except for occasional meetings/training
Key Accountabilities:
General administrative support
Triage emails, sort/route mail
Coordinate and schedule travel
Manage expenses including input GCE entries and conducting initial audit of GCE submissions
Support communications including development and distribution of communications e.g. newsletters, targeted emails, award letters and other correspondence.
Coordinate new hire on-boarding process with HR
Coordinate with centralized support services
Data mining and data compilation
Maintain files and databases
Manage personnel data compilation and management
Maintain distribution lists
Microsoft Office support
Develop spreadsheets, PowerPoint as needed
Provide MS Outlook meeting planning and calendar maintenance
Ad hoc support
Provide support on specific initiatives e.g. Contests, Budgets etc.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualification, Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 to 6 years of experience preferred
Possess advanced Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, excel and Word)
Experience in providing administration and support using MS Office
Effective and structured communicator
