About our Business:

Barry-Wehmiller’s Packaging Platform includes companies that proved equipment and services for bioprocessing, primary packaging, material handling, secondary packaging, and labeling across the pharmaceutical, food and beverage and personal care industries.

Our centrifuge business has a portfolio of stainless steel and singe use centrifuges that are rapidly gaining market share in the biologic and advanced therapy manufacturing.  The centrifuge business has in-house manufacturing capability for equipment in Clearwater, Florida, and partners with third-party manufacturers in Massachusetts and Florida to produce centrifuge consumables and single-use components.

Operating currently as a product line within one of the Packaging Platform divisions, the centrifuge product line is poised for exponential growth and is in the process of “launching” as a stand-alone division known as CARR Biosystems.  Barry-Wehmiller is seeking to recruit and develop the stand-alone divisional leadership team needed to realize the full potential of this technology.
