Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will grow global biotechnology firm. We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2 years experience in the IS industry supporting cloud-based platforms and applications.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve automation solution.
• Partner with platform lead and automation engineers to develop automation projects and ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
• Contribute towards efforts to design, build, and develop rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) automated solutions and services. Quickly and iteratively prove or disprove the concepts being considered.
• Work with process subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand key process requirements and transform them into software solutions
• Collaborate with IS and Business partners to understand how software engineering and automation can improve workflow and productivity
• Review functional and technical designs to identify areas of risk and/or missing requirements.
• Provide technical write-ups and drawings to promote the proposed solutions
• Collaborate with the other engineering team members to ensure all services are reliable, maintainable, and well-integrated into existing platforms.
• Adhere to standard methodologies for testing and designing reusable code.
• Adopt agile ways of working practices to align with Scaled Agile framework
• Be constantly curious and feed your passion and interests in ground-breaking technology. Use your given time to look for new, innovative and automated ways to do business differently, better, and more cost effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

Masters degree

OR

Bachelors degree and years of Information Systems experience

Or

Associates degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience within information technology
• Some knowledge of ETL technologies.
• 1-2 years of experience in scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R
• Experience in a cloud-based -computing environment.
• Experience managing numerous projects and request at a time
• Some experience working in an Agile framework.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
